Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs earlier. To place a cancellation request, kindly connect with our customer care team via email. If your cancellation qualifies, the full refund will be initiated to your original payment method and completed within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your package is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, after delivery, you may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
At present, we do not provide the option to alter product selections or delivery addresses once the purchase is confirmed. In case of changes, you must cancel (if eligible) and place a new order.
